GamiPress – Fluent Support integration

Gamify your Fluent Support support desk thanks to the powerful gamification plugin, GamiPress!

This plugin automatically connects GamiPress with Fluent Support adding new activity events.

New Events For Agents

  • Open a new ticket: When an agent opens or gets assigned to a new ticket.
  • Reply to ticket: When an agent replies to a ticket.
  • Close a ticket: When an agent’s ticket gets closed.

New Events For Clients

  • Open a new ticket: When a client opens or gets assigned to a new ticket.
  • Reply to ticket: When a client replies to a ticket.
  • Close a ticket: When a client’s ticket gets closed.

Installation

From WordPress backend

  1. Navigate to Plugins -> Add new.
  2. Click the button “Upload Plugin” next to “Add plugins” title.
  3. Upload the downloaded zip file and activate it.

Direct upload

  1. Upload the downloaded zip file into your wp-content/plugins/ folder.
  2. Unzip the uploaded zip file.
  3. Navigate to Plugins menu on your WordPress admin area.
  4. Activate this plugin.
