New Events For Agents
- Open a new ticket: When an agent opens or gets assigned to a new ticket.
- Reply to ticket: When an agent replies to a ticket.
- Close a ticket: When an agent’s ticket gets closed.
New Events For Clients
- Open a new ticket: When a client opens or gets assigned to a new ticket.
- Reply to ticket: When a client replies to a ticket.
- Close a ticket: When a client’s ticket gets closed.
From WordPress backend
- Navigate to Plugins -> Add new.
- Click the button “Upload Plugin” next to “Add plugins” title.
- Upload the downloaded zip file and activate it.
