Installation Steps
- Upload the TwitterRSS Stats folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory via FTP. OR Add the TwitterRSS Plugin via the WordPress Plugins menu.
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Add the Widget to the desired sidebar in the WordPress Widgets menu.
- Insert your Twitter username (i.e webdesignergeek) and Feedburner ID (i.e webdesignergeeks) & Save
- Rate the plugin and verify that it works at wordpress.org.
- Leave a comment regarding bugs, feature request, Tea recipes at http://webdesignergeeks.com/cms/wordpress/twitterrss-stats-widget-how-to-create-wordpress-widget-plug-in-from-scratch/
Some Formatting Tips
- If you know CSS then you can change this widget colour combination according to your WordPress Blog/Site. Go to WP Dashboard>Plugins>Editor> select TwitterRSS Stats > Edit TRR_Stats/css/style.css
